‘Happy Hearts’ website helps you find ways to reduce your risk of stroke and heart attack by giving you lots of information and tips on keeping your heart happy.

There are things we can all do to help to look after our health.

  • Drink sensibly
  • Make time for yourself
  • Get active
  • Stop smoking
  • Know your blood pressure and cholesterol
  • Get checked annually if you already have atrial fabulation, high blood pressure or high cholesterol
  • Take prescribed medicines if you have them
